    So if the singin’ of the Choir don’t  
    put the joy of the Lord in your soul,
    and make you wanna jump in the aisle
    and do the Holy Ghost Shuffle…then 
    shame on ya! 

The CONGREGATION, clapping their hands, dissolves into gratifying laughter.

               CONGREGATION
    Alright now!  Ain't that the truth!  
    We hear you! 

DOROTHY giggles delightedly as she claps her hands, murmuring, Shame on ya!

               PASTOR MILLER
           (quiet tone)
   “Today is a day the Lord hath made.  
   Let us rejoice in it and be glad!”—
 
             CONGREGATION
   AMEN! 

The CHOIR and CONGREGATION sit and get busy fluttering the MILLER BROS. FUNERAL HOME fans.
