        Okay, okay, I hear you.  Don't rub 
        it in.
 
                        VIVIAN
        It's you who'll be doing the rubbing 
        tonight.  You're going to be rubbing 
        those sore puppies like there's no 
        tomorrow.

The three of them are laughing when they hear MURMURING VOICES.  They turn to see that THE NICHOLAS BROTHERS are the cause of the commotion.  ETTA is awestruck.

        The Nicholas Brothers….
 
                        VIVIAN
        Now that's star power.
 
                       DOROTHY
        Perhaps we should curtsey as they
        walk by.
 
                         ETTA
        I get weak knees just looking at 
        Harold Nicholas.  
 
                        VIVIAN
        Sore feet and weak knees.  What a 
        sorry predicament.
